Founded by Becca Conviser, Opernfest Prague is an industry-leading program for young artists, internationally renowned for its exclusive collaboration with Europe’s foremost theaters and orchestras. Praised by OperaWire and CS Music as “revolutionary” and “groundbreaking,” Opernfest sets a new standard in professional opera training. Through its unique Voice Fellow Program, singers engage directly with conductors and directors from institutions including the National Theatre Prague, Metropolitan Opera, Bayerische Staatsoper, English National Opera, Opera Frankfurt, Deutsche Oper Berlin, and the Vienna State Opera, among others.

Fellows receive daily one-on-one coaching, participate in masterclasses, and have the rare opportunity to record with a professional Czech orchestra. Artists work in detail on technical, stylistic, and dramatic performance elements, guided by leading professionals from across Europe. Each Fellowship culminates in a series of exclusive professional development opportunities, including house auditions and the opportunity to record with a professional orchestra.
